Ayashi no ceres is the story of Aya Mikage and her twin brother Aki, driven apart by the forces of fate. On their sixteenth birthday, Aya and Aki are called to the family home to be given a special present. What they thought was a birthday party, however, was really a test--one which Aya failed. She was found to possess the reincarnated spirit of an ageless tennyo, one bent on the recovery of her hagoromo and the destruction of the Mikage family. Aya quickly found herself separated from her beloved brother, and hunted by her own family.
Ceres...she only wants her hagoromo back...the man from the past hid them and made her bear his children...even though she never loved him, she feels a deep love for her children and even regret for the wrong-doings they have caused... her body died and is a bit withered... "Only an empty shell..." , as Aki puts it...Her body protects the Mikage family but her spirit is out for revenge... She has a rarely seen nice side..She can be reasonable too... Her pain in her heart is so evident... She only wants to return to heaven, like the Tennyo she is... fans finally get to see her past and it is beautiful and sad....she had three children with Mikagi, though he went mad with the power she gave him...she speaks with him as he is within Aki,lying about the love they had because it hurts her heart so... her hagoromo, she must get back but...it means without it, her mana, she will waste away and die...that means Aya and her unborn child will die...
Aya Mikage was the average japanese teen but her world was turned upside by the reborn angel named Ceres and her stolen hagaromo... Aya is torn between two loves: Yuhi Aogiri-whom she lives with and he loves her- and Toya- who Ceres knows and he doesn't even know himself... Plus the man who stole the hagaromo wants Ceres all for himself... Aya truly doesn't know what to do... She doesn't want her twin brother Aki-who the lover of Ceres was reborn in- to be killed so she makes a pact with Ceres to find her hagaromo for her... lets not forget when she learns of the past of Ceres, which is so sad...and her love with Toyua develops so beautifully even as they concieve a child...the manga-ka is soooo much better!
Aogiri Yuuhi
Yuhi is Aya/Ceres' protector.At first he hated Aya so much but later in the series he finds himself falling for Aya, there was an episode wherein, when Ceres took over Aya and tried to kill Aki, he had to kiss Ceres which turned her back to Aya.Aya was so mad! Well anyway, Ceres trusts her more than Toya. Too bad for Yuhi that Aya chose Toya!
Mikage Aki
Aki Mikage was also the average japanese teenager until the whole Ceres and her hagaromo deal...He loves his sister Aya like any sibling would but the reborn man in him considers Ceres -within Aya- as a woman...Aki has as strong spirit but is only sixteen like his twin sister, Aya... Toya seems to be drawn to him in a brotherly way... Aki finally gives up to the man who loves Ceres and the whole plot gets worse... In the past, the man was slashed to death by Ceres since he wouldn't return her hagaromo, not even in death...since there is no section for the old lover of Ceres, i have to explain him here: his name is Mikagi(hint the surname of descendents), he DID love Ceres once until she gave him power to protect him and he went crazy, he only wants her for himself with her hagoromo, he is able to fully come through Aki at the end

Am auzit d el si cred k e tare k am vazut cateva poze dar inca astept ca poate va aparea p Animax,cine stie.
Dupa poze miam dat seama k e un anime cool si merita vazut dar o sa mai astept putin timp chiar daca vreau sal vad chiar acum.

Eu l-am vazut insa ...nu pe tot . Din cate am vazut este una nime super cu un subiect pe masura ce e chiar greu de inteles la inceput.Bine...eu l-am inteles greu .Insa el este un anime fff frumos , personajele sunt desenate divin , iar cel mai frumos e Aya , personajul principal de alt fel , e asa draguta . Deocamdata ma uit la alt anime insa nu ma las pana nu il termine prea frumos animeul si merita vazut !!!
